1. Acceptance
By accessing Darlink (darlink.si) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility — 18+ only
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request age verification at any time.
3. The service
Darlink provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. Generations cost credits purchased through your account. Prices are shown before purchase; all sales are final except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate content involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Uploads must be of yourself or you must have the rights to use them. Violations lead to immediate account termination without refund.
5. Credits and refunds
Credits are consumed when a generation starts. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits do not expire. Except for failed generations, credits are non-refundable.
6. Privacy
Uploads and generations are private by default and deleted automatically after 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights to prompts you write. Generated outputs are provided to you for personal use under the license granted at generation time. The site design, templates and branding remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
